Foundation Structure & Governance

The St George Medical Research Foundation is a company limited by guarantee with Deductible Gift Recipient status granted by the NSW Department of Gaming and Racing.

The Board of Directors oversees the direction of the Foundation. The Board is supported by KPMG as Foundation Auditors and Corrs Chambers Westgarth as Foundation Lawyers.

In addition, the Foundation is supported by St.George Bank. As part of its commitment to the community and in demonstrating its leadership in corporate social responsibility, St.George Bank has agreed to employ the Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer whilst the Foundation gets up and running.
