The aim of the Foundation Scholarships and Grants scheme are to support existing high quality research being carried out at St George Hospital by its outstanding clinicians and scientists and to enhance our efforts in areas of research need.
In addition to providing a strong research base capable of attracting additional world class researchers, the Foundation recognises the need to foster bright young scientists and clinicians at an early stage in their career, so that they may become future leaders in their field. The categories of funding offered by the Foundation are as follows.
