A dash for cash: beachside fun run is on again

“September means one big thing for the St George and Sutherland Medical Research Foundation: the dash is back.

The first month of a new season will bring a spring in the step of a hopeful record number of runners, who will all eye the finish line with one common mission.

Held yearly, the Beachside Dash and Family Fun Run raises money to fund vital research right in St George’s backyard – the research labs of St George and Sutherland hospitals.

Participants will run along the coastline to make each step count, starting at Peter Depena Reserve, Dolls Point, on September 14.”
