A fond farewell for Jacquie Stratford

We say a fond farewell to Jacquie Stratford who has been with SSMRF for five years, initially as CEO of the Foundation from 2017 to 2019 and most recently as Executive Manager of the UNSW Microbiome Research Centre (MRC) that is supported by SSMRF.

SSMRF Chair Cathy Yuncken said “Jacquie has made a significant contribution to SSMRF in her five years with the Foundation, and we will miss her energy and expertise. As CEO Jacquie played a fundamental role in supporting the establishment of the MRC at Kogarah, administering a series of capital grants from Federal and State governments, the SESLHD, and major donors; whilst maintaining our operating momentum. More recently she has played a pivotal partnership role with all at the MRC, on behalf of SSMRF. The Board and Executive are all extremely grateful for her contribution and wish her all the best for her future adventures and travel.”

Thank you, Jacquie, for your unwavering commitment to the support of medical research at St George and Sutherland Hospitals. We wish you well in your future endeavours.
