On Thursday, 12 May, teams from WED Group, Solari Law, St George Private Hospital, Colin Daley Quinn Solicitors, Campbell Advisory and SilverChef as well as Dr William Lynch’s team braved the grey skies to tee off at our annual Golf Day at The Australian Golf Club to raise funds for vital medical research.
Our golf teams and lunch guests had a fabulous day and we successfully raised over $30,000 for medical research.
Congratulations to the SilverChef team (54 Nett) – Stuart Zalunardo, Scott Evans, Phillip Godkin and Patrick Elliot – who came in first place at our 2022 Annual SSMRF Golf Day at the Australian Golf Club, and to runners up, St George Private Hospital, led by our host Dr Harry Prevedoros (56 Nett) with Eric Coudounaris, Mark Davies and Johnny Mclean.
Additional prizes were issued to Mark Davies for Nearest The Pin – Hole 2 – 221 cms and Luke Brown, Longest Drive – Hole 12.
Guest speaker, Professor Emad El-Omar, shared highlights from the latest scientific research into our gut microbiome and how to improve your gut health.
