The Hon David Coleman MP visits the Microbiome Research Centre (MRC)

On Tuesday, 22 February 2022, the Hon David Coleman MP, Member for Banks and Assistant Minister to the Prime Minister for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, revisited the MRC, after officially opening the MRC back in 2019.

MRC Director Professor Emad El-Omar and the SSMRF’s Chair Cathy Yuncken and Interim CEO Jill Deering greeted Mr Coleman, along with the teams from both the MRC and SSMRF. Prof El-Omar presented the important role microbiomes play in mental and physical health.
