St George & Sutherland Medical Research Foundation (SSMRF) is a small, ambitious team making a big impact – and we’re looking for someone like you to join us!
What you’ll be doing:
- Engaging with stakeholders confidently and professionally
- Drive and coordinate the current Recycle 4 Research initiative
- Update our partnership CRM database
- Supporting the team across various events, fundraising and marketing related tasks in a dynamic environment
- Working independently and efficiently with great time management
- Juggling multiple priorities with a can-do attitude
What we’re looking for:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence speaking with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- A self-starter who thrives in a small team
- Friendly, outgoing and motivated to learn

Location: Kogarah- Hybrid
Hours: Part time, flexible
Salary: $35-40/hour + super, depending on experience
Reports to: CEO
